The Pioneer at the Art Gallery of Ballarat

Guitarist Ken Murray premiered The Pioneer at the Art Gallery of Ballarat. The Pioneer is a suite for solo guitar, with each movement based on a Heidelberg School painting. The movements are 'Bailed Up' (Tom Roberts), 'Obstruction, Box Hill' (Jane Sutherland), 'Lost' and 'The Pioneer' (Frederick McCubbin), and 'Still Glides the Stream' (Arthur Streeton).
