National Music Camps

The 1987 and 1988 National Music Camps were held at the King's School, Parramatta. For the first time there was a composer contingent, tutored by composer Graham Hair. The composer program enabled three young composers, including Andrew Batterham, to write for musicians through the camp, and hear their works performed at chamber concerts at the end of the week.
