Speakeasy play Classic Southside
Speakeasy warmed up for their upcoming EP launch in style at Classic Southside, a warm and intimate bar inside the Elsternwick cinemas, Melbourne. A vocal crowd kept up the spirit of funk, honoured by the band and vocalist Teila Packman through two sets of original funk and soul.
As usual, the seven members of the band found new ways to fit themselves onto medium and small sized stages, although no instruments were harmed in the making of this gig. The band will launch the Speakeasy EP in December, back at the Paris Cat in downtown Melbourne.
