Voyager songwriting award

My song ‘Straight Ahead’ has placed first in the ‘Soul and R&B’ category of the Voyager International Songwriting competition

This is a great honour, as there are always a lot of entries and the judges include Dami Im, Isaiah Firebrace, Anthony Callea and many more industry heavyweights. Check out the full list of judges and awards.

The song is due for a release mid-2021, after having been re-recorded in Melbourne’s iconic Sing Sing studios thanks to the AMEX Music Backer’s Fund. Speakeasy will drop the new version at a show at one of our fave venues, the Paris Cat in downtown Melbourne.
